Outside Sales Representative - Estate Planning (Warm Leads, Protected Territory)

Legacy Assurance Plan provides estate planning membership plans (wills, trusts, and powers of attorney) to families across Minnesota. We're hiring Outside Sales Representatives to meet with warm, pre-qualified families in their homes, educate them on their estate planning needs, and help them gain peace of mind. Our network attorneys handle the legal work, and your home office handles the rest.

• →Meet with warm, pre-qualified families in your protected territory. No cold calling and no self-generated leads.
• →Explain our estate planning membership plan, answer questions, and help families enroll
• →Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM
• →Run your own schedule and daily route within your territory

• $750 commission per sale, paid weekly
• Weekly and monthly production bonuses on top of every sale
• Company-sponsored incentive trips for top performers
• All leads provided at no cost: no lead fees and no purchased lists
• 1099 independent contractor role. There is no base salary or guaranteed income; your results set your income.

• A protected territory of up to 100 miles, with no other reps competing for your leads
• Every appointment is warm and pre-qualified before you walk in the door
• Full product training. It's not insurance, so no license is required.
• A home office team that supports you after the sale

• 3+ years of outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience
• A documented record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfort using a CRM
• Reliable personal transportation for daily in-home visits
• You currently live in

A great fit if you're comfortable with 100% commission, prefer daily field work over office or B2B selling, and want a protected territory with company-provided leads. Not a fit if you need a guaranteed base salary or prefer inbound, office-based sales.
