Vitable is hiring Account Executives to own the full B2B sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to close — across SMB and upmarket employer accounts. You'll navigate broker relationships, build pipeline, and close deals that bring real healthcare access to hourly and frontline workers. If you're a quota-carrying sales professional who cares about the state of healthcare and thrives in a high-growth startup environment, this is your role.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own your territory — manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- →Run discovery calls with SMB and mid-market employers, map their needs to Vitable's health benefits platform
- →Navigate broker and consultant influence in the sales process
- →Become a product and pricing expert — know why Vitable beats traditional health plans
- →Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
- →Work closely with SDRs, RevOps, and Customer Success to hit revenue targets
- 30 days: Learn Vitable's mission, ICP, and sales playbook. Shadow top reps. Begin prospecting.
- 60 days: Run your own discovery calls, nail forecasting, build pipeline.
- 90 days: Master prospecting, pricing, and qualified pipeline building.
- 120 days: Own your full presentation and closing game.
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or employee benefits sales
- Proven quota attainment in an SMB or mid-market environment
- Experience navigating broker or consultant involvement in a sale is a strong plus
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and competitive drive
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
