If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. ## Role Purpose To drive the growth of Vodafone’s enterprise solutions business by building and scaling a high-impact partner ecosystem, translating strategic partnerships into measurable revenue, innovative offerings, and market leadership. ## Key accountabilities and decision ownership * Build & Scale Partner Ecosystem Identify, acquire, and develop strategic partnerships with leading technology and solutions providers to expand Vodafone’s enterprise portfolio. * Drive Revenue Growth Own partner-driven revenue by developing and executing joint business plans, commercial models, and go-to-market strategies. * Develop Competitive Solutions Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and launch market-leading solutions across cloud, IoT, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital services. * Manage Partner Lifecycle Lead end-to-end partner management including onboarding, contracting, governance, and ongoing performance optimization. * Leverage Global Partnerships Maximize value from Vodafone Group alliances by localizing global agreements and accelerating their impact in the Egyptian market. ## Core Competencies * Strong commercial and business development acumen with a growth mindset * Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships * Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills (including C-level) * Solid understanding of enterprise technology domains (Cloud, SaaS, IoT, Cybersecurity, Data) * Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and delivery focus ## Must have technical / professional qualifications: * Minimum 6 years of experience in ICT, partnerships, or business development * Strong knowledge of digital and enterprise solutions landscape * Experience in commercial negotiations and contract development * Ability to translate technology capabilities into business value * Experience working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment ## Who we are We are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
