What you’ll do
As a Service Readiness Manager, you’ll play a central role in bringing change to life across our Service ecosystem—from early ideas through to a smooth and confident rollout. You’ll help shape how we plan, prioritise, and deliver change, ensuring our front-line teams feel prepared, supported, and ready to create great customer experiences.
Working across Core Desk, Billing, and Collections, you’ll connect people, processes, and priorities—bringing clarity to complexity and ensuring everything lands in a way that feels seamless and well-considered. You’ll lead a talented and dedicated team, creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
* Guide end-to-end service readiness, supporting change from early discovery through to successful delivery
* Bring teams together to align on priorities, ensuring decisions reflect both customer needs and business goals
* Create a clear and inclusive “front door” for demand, helping ideas flow smoothly into delivery
* Facilitate thoughtful prioritisation discussions, helping leaders understand options and make informed choices
* Nurture strong relationships across Product, Commercial, Service Design, and Transformation teams
* Oversee strategic programmes with a focus on readiness, quality, and positive frontline experiences
* Continuously improve governance and planning processes to make ways of working simpler and more effective
* Support Capex planning and tracking, ensuring investments are well-managed and deliver value
* Encourage high-quality data, insight, and storytelling to support confident decision-making
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Service Readiness Leads and Specialists, helping them thrive and succeed
* Create a safe space for your team to raise challenges, share ideas, and drive meaningful improvements
* Support your team through escalations, removing barriers and enabling them to do their best work
* Ensure training and readiness activities are thoughtfully designed and delivered, so teams feel confident with every change
