Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Action booking and service requests through shared inboxes and CRM systems
- →Coordinate new service requests, maintenance requests and customer enquiries
- →Deliver a high level of customer service and support
- →Review customer invoicing and assist with end-of-month reporting and checks
- →Support National Key Accounts with reporting and data preparation
- →Build strong relationships with customers, Key Account Managers and contractors
- →Maintain accurate data entry and system documentation
- →Provide support and coverage during peak periods or team absences
- →Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- →Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- 5+ years’ experience in customer service and/or internal sales
- Experience in case management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- CRM/Wastedge experience highly regarded but not essential
