Overview:
We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America’s largest retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment.
Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. Representatives will use a direct fulfillment model, allowing customers to order devices directly rather than purchasing from in-store inventory.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs
- →Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services
- →Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options
- →Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations
- →Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers
- →Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- →Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Average sales reps expected to earn between $600 - $1,000 weekly
- Opportunity to work with Verizon, one of the largest wireless carriers in the country
- Uncapped commission-only structure with an advanced draw based on hours worked in-store

- Expected hours: 30–40 hours per week
- Some travel may be required with mileage compensation when applicable
- Flexible availability is strongly preferred
- Current scheduling plans will likely focus on Tuesday through Saturday shifts
- Candidates must be open to varying schedules as the program evolves to optimize coverage

- Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment
- Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
- Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
- Accurately document and report sales
- Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
- Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
- Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
