We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager EMEA & AMERICAS (H/F) to support our regional revenue teams in achieving their targets by driving operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency across the revenue cycle.

In this role, you will ensure strong governance, automate recurring workflows and reporting, and provide leaders with actionable insights supported by AI-enabled analysis, enabling customer-facing teams to focus on growth.

You will also support the Global Revenue Operations Manager on global processes and analytics, helping scale successful regional initiatives into reusable processes, reporting, and automation.

You will report directly to the Global Revenue Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • →Improve team efficiency by scaling processes, automating recurring workflows, and addressing major operational pain points.
  • →Maintain and ensure proper implementation of Global Revenue Operations policies and procedures across EMEA & AMERICAS, ensuring consistent execution and data discipline.
  • →Support local Sales Leaders in consistently setting annual sales targets, calculate commission payments, and ensure output transparency for Regional Revenue Leaders and Account Managers.
  • →Locally own the annual budget process for EMEA and AMERICAS regions, including 1Y / 3Y / 5Y growth plans at customer and product level.
  • →Closely collaborate with other key stakeholders, mainly HR and Finance, to ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance in Revenue Operations processes.
  • →Provide C-level leaders and investors with reliable, automated weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting.
  • →Support Regional Revenue Leaders and teams in achieving their targets through automated visibility on goals, pipeline, forecast, performance, risks, and opportunities, supported by AI-generated insights.
  • →Support the Global Revenue Operations Manager by creating or improving scalable reports, analytics, and AI-supported insights, converting regional work into globally applicable deliverables and processes.
  • →Train existing and new Revenue team members on processes and tools, mainly CRM and Marketing Automation tools, with a focus on AI-enabled data collection and analysis including voice of customer, risk and opportunity assessment, and lead qualification.
  • →Contribute to defining the local enablement plan and lead local sessions.

Requirements

Professional Background

  • 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analysis.
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment and in automation or AI-supported business analysis is a strong plus.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue process, from Marketing to Customer Success, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Proven revenue reporting, workflow automation, and insight-generation skills.
  • Experience in AI implementation to support scalability and automation is a strong plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT.
  • Ability to work in a highly multicultural and international environment.
  • Professional English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Experience in automation or AI-supported business analysis.
  • Experience in AI implementation supporting scalability and automation.
