Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Description

This person will greet homeowners, guide them through our window and door products, enter and track orders, and support the production/warehouse teams by ensuring accurate and timely information flow. We will provide full training on our products and processes — we just need someone who is personable, dependable, and eager to learn.

• Welcome walk-in homeowners and provide basic information on vinyl and aluminum window/door products
• Assist customers in understanding product options, pricing, and available upgrades
• Prepare quotes and enter sales orders into our CRM system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order notes
• Coordinate with production to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time
• Schedule customer pickup appointments and confirm completed orders
• Communicate order status updates to customers
• Support showroom organization, product displays, and general front office duties
• Answer phone calls and emails related to sales, orders, and customer inquiries

Requirements

• Strong people skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and professional
• Basic computer proficiency — must be able to use email, CRM, and order entry systems
• Able to learn product details and explain them clearly to customers
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Willingness to train and grow in the role
• Experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not required
