Job Summary
The Partner Manager is the primary owner of relationships with In-Country Partners across multiple countries within a designated geographic region. The role provides dedicated operational support for all matters related to the delivery of partner services and serves as the primary point of contact for the partner operational performance and execution.
The Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues, monitoring partner performance, and effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is a critical component of ADP’s Global Payroll supply chain and contributes to the delivery of efficient, accurate, and cost-effective global payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with partners to support effective service delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for designated partner leadership team
Ensure partners meet contractual and operational obligations within agreed service levels.
Manage the operational day to day relationship for a defined set of Partners. Assist and manage Partner escalation requests.
Response to and resolve issues/tickets from internal team members
Monitor and evaluate partner performance through regular service reviews and operational metrics.
Coordinate the allocation of new clients to designated partners.
Supporting other functions as the key contact person for a designated set of partners
Other duties includes Assist in the preparation and execution of annual Regional Workshops.
Provide backup support for other Partner Managers as required.
Support Executive Relations Managers as on operational matters when required.
Escalate actual or potential compliance risks promptly and appropriately.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
2-3 years of knowledge in Payroll, HR Services, vendor management, account management, or service delivery.
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-cultural awareness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
Effective stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Experience collaborating with global teams and partners across different cultures.
Additional language skills and international experience are an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours as required.
