• Formation : Profil ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisé (Mécanique, Génie des procédés, Chimie, etc.) avec une forte affinité pour l'informatique.

• Mindset Data & Code : Vous avez un esprit analytique orienté "data" et une bonne logique algorithmique. La maîtrise de langages de programmation (Python, Google Apps Script) est un vrai plus.

• Culture Tech & IA : Une appétence ou une première expérience avec les LLM, l'IA générative et les agentic workflows (flux de travail basés sur des agents autonomes) sera fortement valorisée.

• Soft Skills : Curieux(se), proactif(ve) et orienté(e) amélioration continue. Vous possédez une excellente communication et un leadership d'influence naturel pour faire bouger les lignes.

• Langues & Environnement : Travailler dans un grand groupe international vous motive. Un excellent niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral) est indispensable pour échanger au quotidien avec notre équipe multiculturelle.
