Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Support the development and execution of sales training and enablement programs across the seller lifecycle, including onboarding, product training, sales skills development, process reinforcement, and ongoing readiness initiatives
- →Help facilitate live and virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, role plays, call reviews, workshops, and reinforcement activities for sales and customer-facing teams, including onboarding facilitation for new hires with practice exercises and readiness checkpoints
- →Partner with Sales Enablement team members and subject matter experts to translate sales strategy, product knowledge, messaging, systems, and processes into clear, practical learning experiences
- →Create and maintain training and learning content, including presentation slides, one-pagers, job aids, talk tracks, role play scenarios, call review guides, onboarding resources, and Docebo eLearning content, including self-paced modules, knowledge checks, and assessments
- →Learn, maintain, and improve existing enablement platforms and content systems, including Seismic, Gong, SharePoint, and Docebo
- →Help maintain a high-quality Gong library by organizing calls, curating strong examples, supporting playlists, applying naming conventions and tags, and making relevant call examples easier for sellers and managers to find
- →Support Seismic and SharePoint content organization and governance by helping ensure sales content is current, easy to navigate, properly categorized, and aligned to sales team needs
- →Identify, test, and implement AI-driven use cases that improve seller workflows, streamline processes, and increase productivity across the sales organization
- →Use AI tools to create content, summarize inputs, generate role play scenarios, and enhance enablement delivery
- →Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Learning and Development, and subject matter experts to support enablement initiatives and align training with business priorities
- →Support ad-hoc enablement projects, content updates, platform maintenance, feedback collection, and business process improvements that help the sales organization operate more effectively
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or another customer-facing revenue role
- 1+ years in a sales closing environment
- Firsthand understanding of sales motions, customer conversations, prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, and the skills sellers need to be successful
- Strong coachability, curiosity, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly
- Comfort facilitating live or virtual sessions, group discussions, practice exercises, role plays, and call review conversations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, useful training materials
- Interest in creating enablement content, including presentations, one-pagers, job aids, role play scenarios, call review guides, and eLearning modules
- Experience using PowerPoint or similar presentation tools to create clear, professional, and engaging content
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work, improve content quality, brainstorm ideas, summarize information, and create scalable learning resources
- Proactive mindset for identifying new AI applications that can enhance seller productivity, streamline workflows, and improve enablement execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
- Collaborative working style and ability to build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Learning and Development, and Sales Leadership
- Willingness to learn and maintain enablement platforms such as Seismic, Gong, SharePoint, and Docebo
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, SharePoint, Docebo, or similar sales and learning platforms is a plus.
- Prior sales enablement, instructional design, or formal training experience is not required
- This is an in-office, position (3-5 days a week) in our beautiful downtown Austin, Texas headquarters
