ACG_3280_JOB Our client is a leading consumer goods cooperation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm. Study and analyze product portfolios, market dynamics, customer demands, and competitive landscape Design and execute an end-to-end global procurement strategy that supports and advances the company’s overall business direction. Own the full strategic sourcing lifecycle, including supplier evaluation, selection, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing supplier performance governance. Drive cost optimization programs while safeguarding product quality, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted supply availability. Establish and sustain strong, collaborative partnerships with key suppliers to enable long-term value creation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing procurement organization, cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous development. Champion the adoption of industry best practices, digital procurement platforms, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure operational resilience and responsible, ethical sourcing. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, R&D) to align procurement activities with business needs and strategic priorities. Requirements Graduate of college or university in Business, Economics, Commercial Management, or similar disciplines Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a comparable discipline; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly desirable. Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in procurement or sourcing leadership positions, including substantial exposure to strategic-level responsibilities. Proven track record of designing and implementing global procurement strategies that generate measurable cost reductions and operational improvements. Advanced negotiation capabilities with demonstrated success in managing complex commercial agreements and long-term supplier partnerships. Strong expertise in supply chain operations, risk mitigation, and responsible, ethical sourcing practices. Hands-on experience with procurement systems, digital tools, and transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and visibility. Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. Full professional proficiency in English (including speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is preferred.
