To support our growth in the EU market, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our Budapest office.
Your Role
You will be responsible for full-cycle B2B sales — from first contact to closing — working with a proven product, a large lead base, and clear performance metrics.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- enjoys active sales,
- wants real influence on income and sees sales as a profession, not just a job.
- Work with cold and warm leads
- Re-engage an archived database of 5,000+ previously unconverted leads
- Conduct online sales calls and live product demos
- Identify client pain points and present tailored SaaS solutions
- Sell subscription plans to small and medium-sized businesses
- Manage the entire deal cycle through KommoCRM, IP telephony, and structured sales processes
- Consistently achieve and exceed clear, realistic KPIs
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales / SaaS / IT preferred)
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Consultative sales mindset — ability to listen, ask the right questions, and build value
- Fluent Russian
- Working English (international environment)
- Confident PC user; experience with CRM systems
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or digital products
- Understanding of subscription-based business models
- Experience working with international clients or EU markets
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
