- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities without losing sight of big-picture objectives.
- Collaborative Leader: Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, mentoring less experienced colleagues, facilitating collaboration, and aligning diverse perspectives to deliver results.
- Adaptable & Curious: Passionate about staying current on industry trends, tools, and best practices, and about bringing new ideas and innovations to clients and the team.
- Client-Focused: Thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering impactful, results-driven marketing strategies.
- New England-Based: Must be located in New England, with the ability to occasionally meet in person with clients or team members.
- A collaborative and ego-free personality, with enthusiasm for working with and receiving input from our team and clients.
- Entrepreneurial mentality, comfort wearing many hats, and balancing many projects and priorities.
- Genuine curiosity and a hunger to understand the "why" behind client challenges.
- A sense of humor and humility — you take the work seriously, but not yourself.
- Comfortable stepping into a mentorship role and helping raise the bar for the account team as a whole.
