- At least 1 year’s experience in sales (call centre)
- A track record of meeting or beating targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Confident, resilient, and adaptable under pressure
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive to succeed
- Willingness to work toward industry qualifications
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Sell motor, home, and travel insurance products via inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling, following up on previously issued quotes etc...)
- →Work towards and exceed sales targets
- →Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand positively
- →Handle objections confidently and close sales
- →Work 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday plus 1–2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (10 AM – 3 PM)
- Hybrid working after training
