  • Build, optimize, and manage sales pipelines, CRM systems, and follow-up workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to align lead generation, messaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Oversee and track key sales metrics including conversion rates, deal velocity, close rates, and revenue targets.
  • Develop and enforce sales SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and repeatable results.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales reps, setters, or closers as the sales team scales.
  • Handle or oversee high-value sales conversations and strategic negotiations.
  • Provide leadership with insights on objections, pricing, positioning, and market feedback.
  • Foster a performance-driven sales culture focused on ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
