Own the End-to-End Employee Journey: Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.

Drive Recruitment Excellence: Lead end-to-end hiring processes for selected roles while delivering a strong and high-quality candidate experience.

Shape Our Employer Brand: Design and execute employer branding strategies that reflect our culture, values, and ambitions.

Create High-Impact Content: Produce engaging and impactful content for our careers page, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Build & Engage Communities: Organize events, partnerships, and internal initiatives to strengthen team culture and increase our visibility in tech and design communities.

Partner with Universities: Build strong relationships with universities and student organizations to grow our early talent pipeline.

Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and deliver the right talent and P&C solutions.

Support Performance & Growth: Contribute to performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback cycles, and development initiatives.

Continuously Improve: Track trends, analyze data, and continuously improve recruitment, employer branding, and employee experience practices.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, recruitment, or employer branding.

Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English (C1+), with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages.

Recruitment Know-How: Hands-on experience managing recruitment pipelines; familiarity with ATS tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus).

Creative & Curious: Passionate about employer branding, content creation, and building engaging communities.

Organized & Proactive: Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences.

Business Mindset: Ability to align P&C initiatives with company goals and work effectively with stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
