Identify and pursue new business opportunities Develop and execute growth strategies within the Kingdom Build and maintain strong clients relationships Lead proposal preparation and negotiations Present and promote company services to potential clients Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline) 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years within Saudi Arabia Proven experience in business development within engineering consultancy services Strong market analysis and opportunity identification skills Established relationships with government entities, developers, and contractors Excellent knowledge of the Saudi engineering consultancy market Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
