The Culinary Team Member assists with food preparation, cooking, and presentation while ensuring all food safety and quality standards are maintained.

• →Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• →Assist chefs and culinary leadership.
• →Follow standardized recipes and portion controls.
• →Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• →Assist with event execution and service.
• →Keep kitchen areas clean and organized.

• Previous culinary or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Stand for prolonged periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work near hot equipment and kitchen machinery.

This is a part-time, event-based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego.
