At Automotive Avenues, we stock over 1,000 late-model vehicles, receive over 5000 sales leads per month, and consistently sell in excess of 700 units per month.

Requirements

3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience.

The ability to lead a team of experienced Sales Professionals and conduct training.

Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.

Conflict management skills
