Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the buying process by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Present and demonstrate inventory with engaging test drives and detailed product knowledge.
  • Achieve sales by meeting or surpassing monthly goals through transparent, customer-focused selling.
  • Deliver a world-class experience from first handshake to final delivery.
  • Leverage technology and team support to manage leads, follow up, and collaborate with your sales and finance teammates
  • Valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record
  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of automotive sales experience or applicable industry sales experience

Although not required, proficiency with VinSolutions, bilingual language abilities, and experience working at a high-volume car dealership are preferred.
