Ready to level up? As a Cook 2, you’ll independently manage high-skill stations while mentoring entry-level cooks and maintaining consistency during service.

This role is ideal for cooks who are confident on the line and ready for more responsibility.

• Grill Station
• Sauté Station
• Pantry Station

• →Execute grilled proteins, sautéed dishes, and cold pantry items to specification
• →Train and mentor Cook 1 team members
• →Assist with prep list creation and maintain par levels
• →Communicate product or equipment concerns to leadership
• →Maintain consistency under moderate service pressure

• Advanced knife skills and butchery basics
• Ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently
• Competency with sauces, reductions, and composed dishes
• Understanding of seasonal menu changes and daily specials
• Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
