→Smiles, provides exceptional customer service, and always treats guests and coworkers with respect.
→Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.
→Follows recipes and internal standards to produce batch recipes and menu items for service.
→Properly operates, cleans, and maintains kitchen equipment to ensure longevity and desired results are achieved.
→Strong organizational skill, works clean, and in a safe and sanitary manner at all times.
→Ability to adjust to guests needs in a fast-paced environment.
→Must abide by all health department rules/regulations. Understands time and temperature controls and has a working knowledge of food safety.
→Knowledgeable in the products the company serves.
→Sets and keeps workstation and the surrounding areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized.
→Communicates all guest service opportunities, quality issues, and product shortages to management.
→Must proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
→Follows the company’s attendance policy as well as other rules and regulations set forth in the handbook.
→Other duties as assigned.

The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.
This position will primarily be indoor under controlled temperatures.
Occasional exposure to outdoor climates
Frequent: standing, walking, with repetitive movement of fingers, legs, arms, and hands
Occasional: sitting, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Speech and Vision abilities are required
