We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing sales transactions through our Point of Sale System, handling cash and receivables in accordance with facility policies, and maintaining clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing workstations. You will deliver high-quality customer service to a diverse group of individuals, including patients, hospital staff, visitors, and families, while professionally addressing and resolving customer concerns at the point of contact. Additional duties may include cleaning, stocking, and sign maintenance as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a high level of accuracy in cash handling, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare retail environment. Cleaning, washing dishes, restocking supplies, prep cooking would also be required
