Responsibilities

  1. Assist with research on clients, prospects, industries, companies and market trends to support business development initiatives.

  2. Conduct basic company and industry research using internal and external resources and summarize findings for the Client Growth & Marketing team.

  3. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of client, prospect and business development materials, including client profiles, experience lists and pitch materials.

  4. Support the development of attorney and practice group presentations, meeting materials and other business development resources.

  5. Assist with tracking business development activities, opportunities, events and sponsorships in firm systems and databases.

  6. Assist with the coordination and logistics of client meetings, conferences, webinars, events and other business development activities.

  7. Support practice group and industry initiatives by gathering information, organizing materials and completing follow-up tasks.

  • Provide administrative and project support to Client Growth Managers, Communications professionals and other members of the Client Growth & Marketing team.

  • Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals to gather information and support department initiatives.

  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential clients, firm and attorney information.

  • Participate in special projects and other initiatives designed to support the firm's business development, marketing and communications objectives.

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program to receive college course credits.

  • Pursuing a degree in fields of study that aligns with the following departments: Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, and Legal Operations.

  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when performing work functions.

  • Ability to proofread typed material for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors.

  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate in person, by email, phone, and virtually.

  • Ability to follow instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.

  • Provide timely and accurate information with ordinary courtesy and tact.

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computer,

  • copiers, phones, and scanning equipment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
