This is a hybrid role at the intersection of project delivery, sales, and business operations. You will work closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully while actively contributing to revenue growth and customer engagement.
You will play a key role in driving sales performance, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of projects, translating technical capabilities into clear business value for clients.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Generate and manage qualified leads to support sales pipeline growth
- Track lead engagement and conversion performance on a monthly basis
- Support the achievement of sales targets, providing data-driven insights on performance
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversion
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s products and value proposition
- Communicate technical solutions in a clear, compelling, and commercially relevant way
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Support positioning strategies to strengthen market presence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, business) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure alignment with scope and schedule
- Support technical planning, testing, and deployment phases
- Ensure technical deliverables meet both project requirements and client expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Engage clients to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback
- Translate client requirements into structured project or business actions
- Deliver clear updates, reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies across projects and sales pipelines
- Develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and performance
- Maintain structured documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and action items
- Ensure visibility of both project and sales performance to management
- Support hiring and management of interns or part-time team members
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Foster a structured, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment
- Support execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand presence
- Contribute to improving online presence and outreach strategies
- Provide support to project management functions, including ownership of smaller projects

- 0–3 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or technical roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights (sales or project-related)
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Notion, Jira, or similar
- Exposure to technical or engineering environments
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
