The Plumbing Sales Representative Trainee role is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship to individuals interested in pursuing a career in Plumbing sales. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative sales, connecting with customers, and helping guide them toward the best solutions in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Our Next Class Starts 6/8!

During training, you will participate in extensive training to conduct in-home consultations, assess Plumbing needs, and recommend appropriate systems and services. You will also shadow experienced Plumbing Sales Representatives during in-home consultations to gain hands-on experience assessing customers' needs, including providing support in preparing presentations and detailed quotes.

After graduation, you will be able to…

• →Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their plumbing needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• →Present Plumbing Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our plumbing products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• →Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• →Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• →Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• →Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• →Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• →Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.

• At least 2 years of successful sales and/or customer service experience. Consultative sales experience is a plus!
• Strong interest in plumbing and sales.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state where you will work.

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
