Director of Sales, Distribution & Partnerships

We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven Director of Sales, Distribution & Partnerships to lead revenue growth across media distribution, advertising sales, and strategic partnerships for the World Poker Tour brand.

The Director of Sales, Distribution & Partnerships will own and execute sales strategy across streaming, digital media, licensing, sponsorship, and advertising channels for the World Poker Tour brand. This individual is highly proactive, takes initiative, and works both independently and as a core member of the Studios team. You will identify new revenue opportunities, grow key relationships, and lead commercial negotiations that expand the reach and monetization of WPT content and experiences.

This role requires a hands-on operator who can direct and implement the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution, while simultaneously executing media plans, building capabilities decks, and account managing advertising opportunities. You will partner closely with internal business units to create promotional plans and templates for editorial and tentpole initiatives, and track revenue and marketing goals.

This role reports to the VP of Studios, handles ad hoc requests with urgency and strong follow-through, and serves as the primary point of contact for all distribution, licensing, and ad sales relationships. This is a hybrid role based out of a World Poker Tour-designated office.
