Blinq is used by millions of people globally. As our customer base grows, so does the revenue potential sitting inside it - from teams barely scratching the surface of Blinq to power users ready to expand into new use cases.

This AM role is built around one question: how do we grow revenue from customers we already have?

You'll own a segmented book of business, working across under-utilizing accounts and high-potential top customers to identify and close expansion opportunities. You'll be commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable running a pipeline. Your CSM counterpart owns onboarding, training, and churn. You own growth.

  • Own a segmented book of accounts with clear expansion revenue targets (upsell, cross-sell, seat expansion)
  • Identify and prioritize under-utilizing customers; build plays to unlock latent adoption and convert it to paid growth
  • Run commercial conversations with key stakeholders - you're pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Mine top-tier accounts for cross-sell opportunities across Blinq's product suite
  • Maintain a healthy expansion pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Surface recurring product gaps or blockers to Product
  • 2-3 years in B2B SaaS Account Management, with a clear track record of hitting expansion or upsell targets
  • Commercial instincts - you think in terms of revenue impact
  • Comfortable running a pipeline and managing a deal process within an existing account base
  • Data-driven - you use usage data, segmentation, and engagement signals to prioritize where to spend time
  • Strong communicator who can get to the right stakeholder quickly and have a commercial conversation
  • High ownership - you don't wait for accounts to come to you
