About the Role

Starting salary of £28,000 up to £34,646
Monday to Friday 9:00am-17:30pm (no weekend work)
5 days fully office based
Located in Manvers, Rotherham
Weekly pay paid every Friday

Working 3 communication channels, (call, email and live chat) providing outstanding customer service across all interactions.
Making it easy for our clients by resolving queries, understanding their needs, and taking advantage of opportunities for us to further support them with our products and services.
Utilising design software to help troubleshoot client files, ensuring they meet our high production standards.
Confidently handling and resolving customer complaints with a focus on technical accuracy and client satisfaction.
Using customer feedback to help inform strategic decisions.
Using AI tools within day-to-day role.

Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is essential.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and Enfocus PitStop is highly desirable, but not essential. If you understand bleeds, margins, and CMYK, we want to hear from you.
The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail.
A confident communicator, whether you are explaining a technical artwork issue over the phone or building rapport via live chat.
