Sales Manager SDR

Sales Manager, USA remote based job opening for a Tampa Area, Florida headquartered small independent company, who are growing and highly respected for business training, coaching and mentoring CEO / Founders on business. A Manager or Director of Sales who will operate as an individual contributor generating new business from new B2B client members and supervise an enrolment advisor. The specific focus of this sales manager job and the background we need you to have is most, if not all of: Several years of success in B2B Sales and Marketing, including B2B training and coaching type services An interest in selling membership training programs including live, in-person training events, affiliates/partnerships, and the entire sales process, including webinars on how to grow and service a business, people, proceses and technology Contribute to sales strategy, tactics and planning with the CEO and COO Able to build rapport, influence, persuade and negotiate for profitable deals and long term client satisfaction Able to set and manage KPIs plus lead by example with client generation and closing deals Proven sales process management, presentations, CRM, and business development Budget management, sales forecasts, CRM, data analysis Professional, knowledgeable and well presented - including telephone, video virtual meetings and in person sales and relationship development Documentation and executive board level reporting and meeting management abilities Well educated to Degree or above Experienced remote working and happy to attend industry events and attend the main locations for the high ticket industry in person training events For more information please apply and for those with 3-4+ years in a similar company at least once (bonus if twice or more) and a strong career in sales, business development and sales management, we will be in touch soon to arrange an initial client briefing meeting and discussion about your experience, abilities, knowledge, achievements, needs and aspirations.
