Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Sales Representative: IEG Division to join our growing family.

Expected Earnings: $50,000-80,000 (commission based structure with no upper limit)

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative: IEG Division to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform interior, exterior, and gutter (IEG) inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships.

Conduct on-site interior, exterior, and gutter (IEG) inspections and assessments

Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions

Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism

Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service

Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes

Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

Valid driver’s license

1+ years of interior, exterior or gutter experience

Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment

This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.

Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
