Due to continued growth, Brandt has an opportunity for a Territory Manager for Manufactured Agriculture Products based in Ballarat to support the expansion of our North American Manufactured Product throughout Australia and New Zealand

About the Role

As the primary point of contact for our Manufactured Ag Products, you will work closely with our dealer network to drive sales growth, strengthen dealer relationships, and support the success of the Brandt product line.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers. Educating dealer sales teams through product training and all aspects of Brandt’s service, finance and warranty programs, along with ongoing sales support.
  • Achieving sales targets and growing market share within your territory.
  • Assisting with demonstrations, field days, trade shows, and other promotional events.
  • Monitoring dealer inventory and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Providing market feedback and reporting on industry trends.
  • Completing business plans, and all sales documents for new dealer signups.
  • Maintaining status reports for dealers and end-use customers including sales call logs and follow ups on prospects.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous sales experience within agriculture industry and/or comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment is considered an asset.
  • Strong ability to build, maintain and strength relationship and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • A customer-focused approach and passion for achieving results.
  • Knowledge of agricultural or heavy equipment products is highly regarded.
  • Must have a valid passport, and ability to travel internationally.
