We're seeking a product and relationship specialist who understands the cropping industry, has established networks within the sector, and can provide trusted advice to customers. Whether your background is in broadacre farming, agronomy, agricultural services, equipment sales, or another technical agricultural field, this is an opportunity to utilise your industry knowledge while enjoying the autonomy to build and manage your own territory.

About the Role
~1 min readAs a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share and developing customer relationships within your assigned territory. Working closely with farmers, business owners and equipment operators, you will help customers identify the right equipment solutions to support their business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
- Promote and sell agriculture equipment solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve sales and market share targets.
- Assist with customer events, product launches, and demonstrations.
- Stay informed on product updates, financing options, and industry developments.
