As Bid Manager – Water Treatment (Process & MEICA), you will lead and coordinate the entire tendering process for multidisciplinary water and wastewater treatment projects. From prequalification to contract signature, you ensure full alignment between technical design, process solutions, MEICA integration, cost strategy, and contractual conditions.

Managing and coordinating the full bid lifecycle, including prequalification, tender preparation, and contract negotiation.
Reviewing and analyzing tender documentation covering process, MEICA, civil, contractual, and commercial requirements.
Defining the bid strategy in collaboration with senior management.
Developing partnering and subcontracting strategies, particularly for MEICA and process packages.
Coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams—process engineers, MEICA specialists, environmental experts, designers, estimators, legal, risk, and insurance advisors.
Establishing and controlling bid planning, resourcing, and budgets.
Clarifying and allocating responsibilities between partners and subcontractors.
Ensuring consistency between process design, MEICA scope, civil works, cost estimation, and execution strategy within the final submission.
Monitoring progress and quality of deliverables across all bid stages.
Supporting contract and clarification meetings with clients, partners, and suppliers when required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering—ideally Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental disciplines.

Minimum 8 years’ combined experience in tendering and project execution within water or wastewater treatment, across municipal and/or industrial sectors.

At least 3 years in bid or tender management, coordinating process and MEICA elements.

Good understanding of Design & Build project lifecycles for water treatment facilities.

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex tenders.

Strong planning, leadership, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple bids.

Analytical mindset and solutions‑driven approach.

International exposure or cross‑border project experience is an advantage.

Occasional travel availability for meetings and site visits.

Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

Exposure to multidisciplinary water and wastewater treatment projects across BeNeLux and international markets.

Active involvement in process and MEICA‑driven design‑build tenders.
