Responsibilities

Leverage engineering to prompt sales of technological products and services, including process engineering, process design, software architecture and software development.

Assist customers with process engineering, process design, and process implementation.

Design and implement technical solutions to improve customer’s experience with Camunda’s products and services.
- →
Provide consulting services to customers including process modeling, process automation with Camunda platform, software engineering and architecture on-site and remotely.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical training material.
- →
Create and conduct technical workshops for development teams to ensure the correct engineering process is implemented for applicable projects.

Consult with existing and potential customers to assess and understand their equipment needs and system requirements.
- →
Collaborate with sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs.
- →
Propose improved materials and products to customers and explain benefits of changes.
- →
Assist with the research and development of new technical products. Telecommuting permitted 100%.

Position reports to company HQ in Wilmington, DE.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related technical role
Five (5) years of experience with: Business Process Management; Java/J2EE; SQL; XML; SQL Server; PL/SQL.
Experience with: Robotic Process Automation; Blue Prism v6.x; Forms.io; Protractor; Angular JS; JSON database; Oracle; DB2; and Azure.
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
