Baker - Early Morning

• →Prepare and bake breads, pastries, muffins, and other bakery products according to established recipes and quality standards.
• →Follow daily production schedules to ensure products are fresh and available for customers.
• →Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• →Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety standards.
• →Organize, stock, rotate, clean, and maintain freezer inventory to ensure product quality and efficient operations.
• →Assist with stocking, rotating, and replenishing bakery products and supplies.
• →Work efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• →Provide friendly customer service and assist customers as needed.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Previous baking or bakery experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work early morning shifts (starting at 4:00 or 5:00 a.m.), weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment, including freezer for extended periods.
