Headquartered in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Drees operates in twelve metropolitan areas: Greater Cincinnati (including Northern Kentucky), Cleveland, and Columbus, Ohio; Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas; Indianapolis, Indiana; Jacksonville, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities

- →Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while representing company products in alignment with established policies
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtors through outreach, office visits, marketing efforts, and follow-up
- →Host and attend events to promote communities and generate leads
- →Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product lines, home designs, communities, and local amenities
- →Welcome and engage prospective buyers; conduct model home tours and presentations
- →Maintain a polished, inviting, and well-presented model home environment
- →Guide customers through site selection, home plans, and structural options
- →Utilize sales tools, contracts, CRM systems, and reporting processes effectively
- →Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training initiatives
- →Perform additional duties as needed to support sales success

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

Requirements

- New home sales experience preferred
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience conducting comparative market analysis (CMA)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
