You’re a key piece of the puzzle, taking great care to make sure every single thing is cleaned and sanitized to the highest of standards. 

• →Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• →Washes and provides clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils using Flanigan’s sanitation policies
• →Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift
• →Maintain kitchen area cleanliness ; sweeps, mops, removes debris from floor, etc
• →Perform assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification duties
• →Prepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing

• Can physically stand/walk 100 % of shift
• Can reach, bend, stoop
• Can immerse hands in water frequently, diluted with chemical solutions
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per shift, lift these heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, freezers
• Work in damp, high temperature environment  indoors and minimally outdoors
• Work safely with hot plates, pots, pans
• Work safely with sharp knives and utensils
• Support fellow employees as needed
• Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes
