Digital Technology is an entity of around 1800 people mostly located in France, Morocco, Egypt, and India.

 

Role Purpose

As a Supplier Partnership Manager, you will effectively manage relationships with assigned Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or technology vendors for contract-related matters, with a motto: put our strategic contracts under control and optimize their value.

This includes 

negotiating/analyzing contracts and pricing terms in collaboration with Orange sourcing, managing the complete contracst lifecycle  operationalizing the contracts within Orange Business governance , monitoring our partners performance and compliance with contractual obligations/commitments while guaranteeing the correct contractual practice of Orange Business internal stakeholders , resolving any contract-related disputes, and developing/maintaining strong relationships.

 

360° view of the partnership(s).Constant liaison with Digital Technology’s operational teams to make their life easier with contract lifecycle.Smooth collaboration with the Sourcing & Legal departments to align procurement strategy with business and transformation objectives of Digital Technology.

 

 

You will manage relationship with key supplier(s), establishing a proper governance, and serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.You will provide regular reports and updates on supplier performance, contract status, and potential risks and issues to relevant stakeholders within the Digital Technology department and the organization as a whole.

 

You will analyze specific IT project needs to propose appropriate contractual solutions, while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.You will work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient contract execution.You will monitor the performance of current contracts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and identifying opportunities for improvement.You will participate in the development and implementation of internal processes to improve the efficiency of contract management within the entity.You will identify opportunities to optimize cost and contract value through continuous improvement and innovation.

 

You will contribute to the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on their capabilities, expertise, and alignment with Digital Technology’s strategy.You will ensure that favorable terms are negotiated to meet the organization's needs.

Education, qualifications, and certificationsFirst degree in business, technology, or science.Fluent in English; a command of French is an advantage.Project Management / ITIL certification is an advantage.

ExperienceWork experience in the IT industry.Proven experience in contract management preferably with Global System Integrator companies.
