Kitchen Utility/ Dishwasher - Part Time

RiverWoods is seeking a Part Time Dishwasher to join our culinary team and support our resident-centered dining experience. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

• →Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and silverware by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment
• →Transport clean and dry tableware to designated storage areas in dining rooms and kitchens
• →Clean work areas, steam tables, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment
• →Assist with basic food preparation, such as cutting, peeling, and washing produce (as permitted by state youth labor laws)
• →Remove kitchen garbage and maintain waste areas
• →Sweep and mop floors thoroughly at the end of each shift
• →Follow daily sanitation and cleaning schedules
• →Check in and stock groceries
• →Discard broken or chipped glassware after showing the items to the Sous Chef
• →Assist with setup and breakdown for special functions; deliver food and supplies to various areas as needed

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
