We’re Hiring: Sales Consultant (Outbound B2B) | London Waterloo (Hybrid)
• Pay Up to £30-33k basic + 40% commission = £45-50k OTE
• Location: London, Hybrid working (3 days in our London Waterloo office)
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Own the full 360° sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
- → Build your own pipeline through high-volume outbound calls
- → Sell to SMEs across multiple service verticals
- → Hit daily activity targets and smash monthly KPIs
- → Compete on the leaderboard and earn uncapped commission
- Proven success in outbound B2B sales / cold calling
- Experience hitting or exceeding targets & KPIs
- Confidence to source, pitch, and close your own deals
- A true hunter mindset – resilient, competitive, and self-driven
- Someone who brings energy, pace, and a “win no matter what” attitude
