As Sales Field Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth across the North-West Hungary region. This is a highly autonomous, field based position where you take ownership of developing new business, deepening customer relationships, and strengthening NX Cargo-Partner’s presence in the market. The role is centered around direct customer engagement, uncovering opportunities, and transforming their needs into tailored logistics solutions. Identify, approach, and develop new customers and market opportunities.

Build, maintain, and expand long term customer relationships that drive business growth.

Lead customer meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts with confidence.

Build strong operational knowledge to manage and enhance contractual relationships with existing clients.

Recognize market trends and contribute innovative, customer focused ideas, establishing and improving customer information.

Manage the full cycle in close collaboration with internal teams to deliver results.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or B2B service sales.

Conversational English, both written and spoken.

Strong sales mindset with a credible, persuasive personality.

Flexible and resilient in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Innovative, solution oriented thinking with a proactive approach.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Positive, results driven, customer focused attitude.

Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
