Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager – Hindi/Gujarati Speaking Industry: Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation & Mobility Solutions Location: Nairobi Eligibility: Open to Kenyan nationals only Note: Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is a required skill for this role due to the nature of supplier communications and stakeholder engagement. Our client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven B2B Assistant Sales Manager to join its Nairobi team. The successful candidate will support the growth of our physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mobility and orthopedic product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Managing and growing assigned healthcare accounts. • Developing new business opportunities. • Achieving sales and gross-profit targets. • Preparing quotations and following opportunities to closure. • Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts. • Supporting payment follow-up on assigned accounts. • Coordinating customer orders with internal departments. • Maintaining accurate information in Odoo or the approved CRM. Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare or a related field. • Must have 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mobility, and orthopedic products. • The candidate must be able to read, write, and speak Gujarati, Hindi, Swahili, and English fluently. • Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills. • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
