Cook / Sculler (10 Positions) - Colosseum Hotel

Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Oysterbay Dar Es Salaam, is seeking 10 dedicated Cooks/Scullers to support daily kitchen operations and maintain the highest standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and hygiene. The successful candidates will work closely with the culinary team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.

• →Prepare and cook food according to approved recipes and hotel quality standards.
• →Assist chefs with food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
• →Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• →Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations and storage areas.
• →Ensure food is handled, stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• →Receive, organize, and store food supplies appropriately.
• →Support inventory control by reporting shortages and damaged items.
• →Dispose of kitchen waste safely and maintain a clean working environment.
• →Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• →Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

• Certificate, Diploma, or vocational training in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or commercial kitchen.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort will be an added advantage.
