We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal person will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our existing subcontractor clients while helping expand the participation of our Early Pay Program. You will collaborate closely with sales, credit, and finance teams to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and maximize customer growth. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and growing the overall portfolio. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients utilizing Constrafor's Early Pay Program.
  • Grow customer participation and drive a healthy referral program. 
  • Prepare and process client requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with SMB subcontractors.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of the Early Pay Program, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ongoing support for our clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanding the usage of our EPP product.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to effectively position Constrafor's Early Pay Program in the market.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer service, preferably within the financial services or construction industry.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients at any given time. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a bias towards action
  • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as cash flow management or receivable financing is a plus.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary of $80,000-$85,000, OTE: $150,000.
Uncapped commission structure.
