Responsibilities
~1 min readOwn outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify and engage high-value brands and decision-makers aligned with agency capabilities.
Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop tailored outreach strategies and sales pitches that connect client needs to our solutions.
Work closely with the creative team to shape proposals, concepts, and campaign strategies.
Partner with clients to translate objectives into actionable campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Assist in refining messaging, positioning, and campaign execution for maximum impact.
Track activity, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
Continuously analyze and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to guide sales and strategy decisions.
Requirements
~1 min read4–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency growth roles.
Proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing new business.
Experience selling marketing, media, creative, or digital solutions is highly valued.
Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools.
Ability to analyze client data and campaign results to guide strategy.
Experience collaborating with creative or strategy teams on client campaigns.
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
Self-starter mentality with organization and attention to detail in managing multiple opportunities.
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and leadership teams.
Eagerness to take ownership of client relationships and results.
