JOB OVERVIEW:  Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has fine dining experience, strong technical ability, and a commitment to excellence in every dish.   Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards

  Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and plating consistency

  Assist with station setup

  Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

  Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely service

  Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients

• →

  Adapt to seasonal menu changes and special event menus

• →Perform other related job duties 

• 2+ years of professional kitchen experience (fine dining preferred)

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and plating

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a high-temperature kitchen environment
