Responsibilities

    Collaborate with other trainers to maintain a high-quality, structured training environment.

    Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer service excellence, and work ethic in the maritime hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hospitality or cruise ship environment.

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality, F&B service, or related fields.

  • Certified South African ID and based in Cape Town.

  • Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to deliver structured training in a classroom and practical environment.

  • Passion for teaching, guiding, and developing the next generation of maritime hospitality professionals.

  • Knowledge of maritime hospitality standards is an advantage.
