About the Role

Crusoe.ai is seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive revenue growth across high-impact AI segments, including foundation model companies, enterprise AI teams, robotics, and other GPU-intensive workloads.

This role owns the strategy and execution required to land and expand Crusoe Cloud with the world’s most sophisticated AI customers. You will lead complex, high-value sales cycles and help define how Crusoe competes and wins in the AI infrastructure market.

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, combining low-cost energy, large-scale data centers, and high-performance GPU cloud. As Senior Sales Director, you will translate this advantage into repeatable, enterprise-grade revenue while shaping Crusoe’s go-to-market motion as we scale.

Work five days a week with your team from our beautiful office at 225 Bush Street with paid lunches and a fun, energetic, in office environment.

What We Offer

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $420,000 - $500,000 OTE. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
